Nick has delivered systems across the UK and the Channel Islands, offering Project Management, Procurement Management, Software Solution Consultancy, and Software Solution Training. Nick has many years of Project Management and Consultancy Experience in multiple sectors, focusing since 2020 on working with Independent Schools and Foundations to transform their MIS and HR and Payroll Systems. This has included merging multiple databases into a single system. Nick has delivered consultancy on around 60 Projects and Project Managed around 30 Projects across the UK. Each project followed Prince 2 principles (Qualified Prince 2 Practitioner 2015).
Nick's most recent experience is in delivering IRIS iSAMS and MHR iTrent implementations. These involve migrating from multiple previous systems, identifying data structures that work for all stakeholders, and combining and transforming the data to suit the new implementation. Nick works with businesses to identify common business processes, Testing to meet quality goals and Training to ensure a successful transition. Nick also has skills in Power BI and can build and customise reports to suit your needs.
Nick collaborates with each team to successfully manage the transition of their business software and business processes to a more connected, cohesive, accurate and efficient system that allows for more effective data analysis and the information needed to inform decision-making and deliver better outcomes. Working remotel and visiting only when beneficial, reduces your costs, without reducing the effectiveness or accountability of the project.
