Procurement Management

• Discussing the system requirements with key people around the business and identifying a specification of requirements to inform selection, testing and training 

• Translating the requirements into a Tender Document for suppliers to complete - described by one supplier as the 'most comprehensive' they had seen

• Identify scoring criteria including costs analysis and benefits forecast for presentation to the Executive Team

• Leading the shortlisting of suppliers and providing feedback where needed

• Arranging and managing supplier demonstrations including Video Demonstrations, Q&A sessions and any follow-ups

• Working with the School to ensure a clear and transparent decision-making process to choose the best solution following the balance of criteria that is tailored for the school.

• Selecting a preferred partner and identifying contract areas for discussion

• Agreeing the contract terms and completing the procurement
